০১. সাতমাসের মেয়াদসহ পাসপোর্ট। একাধিক/পুরাতন পাসপোর্ট থাকলে সেটিও জমা দিতে হবে।
০২. ভিসাসহ (যদি থাকে) পাসপোর্টের প্রথম দুই পৃষ্ঠার ফটোকপি।
০৩. দুই ইঞ্চি বাই দুই ইঞ্চি সাইজের ল্যাব প্রিন্ট ছবি, ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড সাদা।
০৪. তিন মাসের ব্যাংক ষ্টেটমেন্ট। ব্যালেন্স কমপক্ষে ২০,০০০/= টাকা।
০৫. বর্তমান ঠিকানা নিশ্চিতকরণের জন্য ইলেক্ট্রিক বিলের মূল ও ফটোকপি।
০৬. ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ড অথবা ১৮ বছরের কম হলে জন্ম নিবন্ধন সনদের ফটোকপি।
